不再提供長時間的儲存，請收到發貨通知於時效內完成出貨，倉儲壓力已造成我們不小的負擔，包含庫存出清困難等問題
後續依舊執行以下方式
- 倉儲費僅針對因個人因素長期未申請出貨之訂單收取；若因不可抗力因素導致暫停出貨，則不受影響，不會收取倉儲費。
- 暫緩發貨時間為2個月，超期將會開始收取保管費用，每天10人民幣,如不願意支付保管費用訂單將直接安排作廢不予退款
- 從通知發貨完成後的2個月（也就是暫緩發貨時效的2個月後），我們會依照目前現有庫存上架出清，如遲遲未申請發貨的讀者後續無庫存則無法發貨與退款
- 倉儲期從聯繫郵箱(僅海外地址)或是發貨號(僅大陸地址)申請發貨後就不需要再理會時間計算。（即使一直增加也不需要理會，請務必注意郵箱發貨僅提供非大陸收件地址申請，不提供大陸地址使用）
「Storage Period Regulations」
Dear customers, please take note of the following: We are currently synchronizing across multiple sales channels, including domestic marketplaces, overseas in-stock sales, and exhibition sales. All inventory from our studio will be cleared out, and this will remain our standard operation in the future.
We will no longer provide long-term storage. Please complete the shipment process within the designated time frame after receiving the shipping notification. The storage burden has significantly impacted us, including difficulties in clearing inventory.
Going forward, we will implement the following measures:
- Storage fees apply only to orders that remain unshipped for an extended period due to the customer’s personal reasons. Orders delayed because of force majeure events are not affected and will not incur storage fees.
- Deferred shipping period is limited to 2 months – After this period, a storage fee of 10 RMB per day will be charged. If you do not wish to pay the storage fee, the order will be automatically canceled without a refund.
- After 2 months from the shipping notification (i.e., after the deferred shipping period), we will list the items for clearance based on our current inventory. If the customer still has not requested shipment and the item is out of stock, we will not be able to fulfill the shipment or issue a refund.
- Once you have submitted a shipping request via our contact email (for overseas delivery addresses only) or the QQ shipping account (for Mainland China delivery addresses only), you no longer need to pay attention to the storage period countdown. (Even if the displayed number of days continues to increase, it can be ignored.) Please note that shipping requests submitted by email are available only for overseas delivery addresses and cannot be used for Mainland China delivery addresses.
「保管期限の規定」
ご注文者様へご案内いたします。現在、当店は国内販売、海外即納販売、展示会販売など、異なる販売チャネルを同時に運営しております。そのため、スタジオの在庫を一括して処分する方針であり、今後も同様の運営を継続いたします。
長期保管サービスは提供できませんので、発送通知を受け取った後、指定された期限内に必ず発送手続きを完了してください。現在、在庫管理の負担が大きくなっており、在庫処分の遅れなどの問題が発生しています。
今後、以下の対応を実施いたします。
- 保管料は、お客様都合により長期間発送申請が行われていないご注文にのみ適用されます。不可抗力により発送を停止している場合は対象外となり、保管料は発生いたしません。
- 発送保留期間は最長2か月 とします。この期間を超過した場合、1日につき10元（人民元）の保管料を請求いたします。保管料の支払いを希望されない場合、注文は自動キャンセルとなり、返金はいたしません。
- 発送通知後の2ヶ月（すなわち保留期間終了後）を過ぎても発送申請がない場合は、在庫状況に応じて商品を販売いたします。その後、在庫がなくなった場合には、発送および返金の対応はできかねますので、ご了承ください。
- お問い合わせ用メールアドレス（海外配送先のみ）または QQ 発送アカウント（中国本土配送先のみ）から発送申請を行った後は、保管期間のカウントを気にする必要はありません。（表示日数が増え続けていても、そのままで問題ありません。）なお、メールでの発送申請は海外配送先専用であり、中国本土の配送先にはご利用いただけませんので、ご注意ください。
